The Way Out West Music Festival (or the WOW Festival, as it is sometimes called) has fast become one of the most significant alternative rock festivals in all of Europe. It is held each year in the coastal city of Gothenburg, Sweden. It’s an extremely well organized 3-day event that always features a strong and diverse lineup mix of Swedish and International bands and musicians. Throughout the festival, live performances take place throughout the city, in venues large and small. Our Studio Jams television crew visited the festival in 2009 and came back impressed on so many levels – by both the city and the festival.
