STUDIO JAMS MUSIC CLUB:  In the Music club this month – more on the art and craft of writing songs…from former World Party guitarist, singer and front man Karl Wallinger. Here he joins our host, electric violinist Tracy Silverman, for some frank dialogue and some interesting intimate performances. Cool stuff. You may not have heard of him, but you probably know some of his songs. We also feature a nice track from Episode #5, recorded at Sigma Sound Studios in Syracuse, NY (USA) on April 19, 2003…an interesting take on the classic “Moanin’” – with James Lloyd on piano, Gerald Veasleyon bass, Curtis Harmon on drums, Hector Rosado on percussion, Ray Vega on trumpet and the legendary Richie Cole on alto saxophone. As always, there is another complete episode of Studio Jams to enjoy – this time it’s Episode #33, with guitarist Jeff Golub, along with Kirk Whalum on saxophones, Michael Manson on bass, Hector Rosado on percussion, Demetrios Pappas on keyboards and Marcus Baylor on drums. Plus, another free Studio Jams “Bonus Track” for you to download. This month it’s “The Way It Is” with, among others, guitarist and singer Bob Halligan, Jr.

It pays to become a member of this hip, new music community. The STUDIO JAMS MUSIC CLUB is a “members only” club, with an annual membership fee of just $24. There is a FREE PREVIEW from the STUDIO JAMS MUSIC CLUB page on this site. Don’t miss out – join the club…TODAY!
