Contest open to all residents of the United States and throughout the world who are 21 years of age or older as of contest drawing date. Limit one entry per person. If you have won anything from Ace Entertainment, Inc. in the 30 days prior to the drawing date, you are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law. All Federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. All entries must be received by December 1, 2014, 12:00 Noon, EDT.

Contest is intended for Ace Entertainment, Inc. customers or potential customers. Ace Entertainment, Inc. reserves to right to determine the eligibility and validity of any entry at its sole discretion, and to disqualify any entry believed to be ineligible or invalid. Entries must include all requested information, including, but not limited to, a valid name and email address. Contest entrants acknowledge they may be contacted by Ace Entertainment, Inc. in association with the company’s products and services in accordance with its privacy policy. Contest drawing to be held on December 15, 2014. Chances of winning depend on the number of entries received. Winning entries will be selected at random. Winners will be contacted by email and must respond within seven (7) days. Winners not responding within seven (7) days will forfeit their prize and an alternate winner will be selected. Winners will be required to provide additional information including, but not limited to, a valid physical address for prize delivery and valid phone number.

Ace Entertainment, Inc. will deliver prizes to winners’ location using shipping carrier of its choice. Any prize or prize notification returned as undeliverable may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. All prizes will be shipped out within four (4) weeks of announcement of winners. Ace Entertainment, Inc. is not
responsible for prizes lost or damaged in transit or stolen.

Ace Entertainment, Inc. will not be responsible for the use, non-use or misuse of any prize or for any technical hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connection or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmission or any human error which may occur in the receipt or processing of entries. In the event a prize is not offered or available, Ace Entertainment, Inc. reserves the right to substitute a similar prize of equal or greater value.

Acceptance of prize offered constitutes permission to use winner’s name and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and trade, worldwide in perpetuity, without future compensation, unless prohibited by law. Entering the contest is considered a confirmation of eligibility on behalf of the enterer in accord with these rules and any pertaining local/federal/international laws and corporate or government policies or directives.
