Welcome to the NEW StudioJams.com…the official site for Studio Jams. Thank you for being here! We hope you will visit us often. Studio Jams is a creative, up-close and interesting “inside look” at the art of making music. This critically-acclaimed and award winning program brings A-list musicians into a recording environment to simply rehearse and perform fresh, new music on the spot. Some of the finest musicians in the world have appeared on the program, including, among so many others, Arturo Sandoval, Kirk Whalum, Pat Martino, Chuck Loeb, Joey DeFrancesco, Jason Miles, Soren Reiff, Victor Wooten, Charlie Watts, Gerald Veasley, Jeff Lorber, Gerald Albright, Rick Braun, Bela Fleck, Larry Carlton and Joe Bonamassa. The list goes on and on. Many were meeting each other for the very first time – but they join us because they clearly understand what we are trying to do. So, as we appreciate their participation and willingness to share a piece of themselves with all of you, we encourage you to please take a minute to visit their web sites as well. Many of them are doing some truly incredible things on their own.
This new site not only features a much larger Store for the purchase of DVDs and audio downloads, it also features a new MUSICMAKERS section that will be updated monthly, providing educational tips and industry advice from a very fast growing list of seasoned professionals. Plus, each month we will profile and feature a different Studio Jams musician for you. But that’s not all…we are creating a hip new STUDIO JAMS MUSIC CLUB (to officially launch on April 1st). This is an exclusive monthly “members only” page that will present unique, interesting and relevant video content – designed to both entertain and educate – along with some pretty cool digital audio downloads (fresh new songs, alternative song performance takes, studio outtakes, etc.). There is a FREE PREVIEW here on the site until April 1st – so please be sure to check it out. The Store and the Music Club are both designed to fuel the growth of all things Studio Jams.

THIS MONTH’S FEATURED ARTIST: Our current Featured Artist is saxophonist Jeff Coffin, a true friend and supporter of Studio Jams…Jeff is an internationally recognized bandleader, composer and educator…he is a 3x Grammy Award winner from Bela Fleck & the Flecktones and played with them from 1997-2010. In 2008, Jeff began touring with Dave Matthews Band, and officially joined the group in 2009. When not on the road with DMB, Jeff fronts his own group, Jeff Coffin & the Mu’tet.
